  • We are considered an out-of-network provider, which means we do not bill insurance directly. However, many of our clients are able to receive partial reimbursement by submitting a monthly superbill (a detailed receipt we provide) to their insurance company. Some plans reimburse up to 70–90% of your session fees. We encourage you to call your insurance provider to inquire about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

We encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to better understand your mental health coverage. Here are some helpful questions to ask:

    • Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health services?

    • What is my deductible, and how much of it has been met this year?

    • What percentage of CPT codes 90834, 90837, and 90847 do you reimburse for out-of-network providers?

    • Is there a maximum number of sessions allowed per year?

    • Do you require a diagnosis or prior authorization to receive reimbursement?

    • How do I submit a superbill, and what is the typical reimbursement timeline?

We’re happy to provide the documentation you need to submit claims and walk you through what to expect. While we are not in-network, we’re committed to helping you navigate this process as smoothly as possible.

  • The first session is focused on understanding you—what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and how we might work together. It’s a collaborative space to explore your goals and ensure that Anchor Point feels like the right fit for your healing journey.

  • Therapy at Anchor Point isn’t a quick fix—it’s a process of deep, transformational care. There's no one-size-fits-all timeline. We’ll work together to build a path that supports lasting change and helps you move toward a more grounded, meaningful life—at a pace that honors your unique needs.
